Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Oven
Securely place the unused product and all original accessories back into their original Gozney packaging to ensure safe transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the provided prepaid shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
